As Toni is working on a photo in photoshop, I had to try and prepare this in Nikon capture only which I've never done before. I couldn't find the sharpness button.

I've added in curve mask to do a beautiful S on the curve and added a little bit more saturation.

Selected the cyclist and adjusted Highlights and shadows, to make her stand out a little more. Of course you should do this on the original size to get a better result. Hope you like it.
