Intro: Hi all,

I always wished a lot in my young days to capture the world around me. But my parents could not afford a camera. No one even used to think of lending theirs to me even for a single shot as I was a very naughty young kid then.

It was in 2002 after I started working and saving little, purchased a manual film camera. I was indeed happy to own one but that did not last for long as I could not afford the rolls, washing & prints each time I wanted to shoot.

Post my wedding, in 2006, my wife decided to make things easy, so we invested in our first Digital Camera - a Sony W35. Things went good for a couple of years and then the need to own the next generation equipment, a SLR.

May 2009, on my birthday, understanding my crave for a SLR, my wife gifted me this DSLR (A200W with dual lens) from the Sony stable.

Now, I feel it's time to actually present to the whole wide world around me the amazing world behind my lens.
