PS. 7.0
First I cloned out the black bars. then I thought the picture can enjoy a tighter crop.
finally, applied a 23 % color burn and adjusted the levels a bit after that.

the altered image looks more bright and natural, which eliminates the oversaturation effect...

Comme tu peux le voir, tu n'as plus la même image. Avec PS, j'ai utilisé l'outil recadrer. J'ai ensuite agrandi l'image de 2,5 cm pour rétablir la taille de la personne. Evidemment, l'image a été coupée et on perd des éléments. La perspective de la rue est conservée. J'ai joué avec les niveaux pour éclairer la photo. Qu'en penses-tu ?

2- Image/Luminosité/Contraste : 0 - +16
3- Flitre/Renforcement/Accentuation : 70% - 1,0 - 0

I tried with PS :
1. remove the noise with blur and some with clone stamp
2. applied sharpening a little bit with USM

I tried this yesterday & copied the wrong picture. Today I have it right. I used Neatimage to remove the noise and Photoshop to remove dust and scratches.I didn't quite get all the dust.
