I cropped the upper and lower part of your picture, to focus more on the horizon. I also adjusted the colors a bit and put a frame.

I increased contrast a bit and sharpness.

Using the Color Balance tool in photoshop I reduced some of the red and magenta colors. Then I cloned out the birds (they looked like dust particles). I then sharpened the bottom half of the photo (unsharp mask tool .3 radius at 70%) and blurred the sky. Not a big difference.

I thought it would be interesting to see it in another perspective so I cut the "boring" part of it out.

1. Resized to 1080 pixels
2. Cropped
3. Resized again to 790 pixels
4. Sharpen
5. Colour enhancement
6. Framed it

Hope that's ok!?
