This is the inner mechanism of one of the mills. It is very interesting and it seems to be able to work with a little of restoration. There was very little place to stand and that's why the field of view was very limited inside. The stone seen in the bottom is the actual grinding stone.
To cut the first plan, I unfortunately had to cut an interesting part of your image. On the other hand, I increased sharpness and decreased very slightly the luminosity of the clear zones. They're some ideas
