Hi,
i like very much this type of pictures, because i have an castle in my town to. It is ok but i think it's a little to dark, so i made you an WS where i made:
first of all i, shadows 40%, after i change a little the saturation and the hue, i use a cooling filter for the sky, and i use smart sharpen, crop and frame it.
I hope that you like it.

Bonjour Ola,

J'ai voulu mettre l'accent sur l'activité humaine et l'enclos des chevaux; ainsi que sur l'arrière plan montagneux.

Pour cela :
1/ j'ai supprimé tout l'avant plan herbeux
2/ j'ai opéré une légère rotation
3/ j'ai tenté d'accentuer le contraste avec moins de luminosité jaune.

I brought in a little more light so that the face could be seen, cropped the image slightly, and then added a border. What do you think? David

I enhanced the colors and saturated it a bit to bring out the colors.
Then I brightened it somewhat.
Your image is great, but this one is a little brighter and colorful- Hope this is useful!!

Desaturated the picture.
Added some contrast.
Erased the wires with the clone tool.
Added a bit of sky and the tip of the horses foot to the left.
Added a frame and a title.

this photo did not seem to be straight to me. so first i straightened it.
then cropped the small part of the object at the right side.
finally sharpned.
hope you like it.

I simply added a border (canvas) and cropped left and right bringing in the bridge. Not sure it helps - but I like the photo and place.

I did not adjust anything but composition and border. I cropped the bottom and left. Let me know if the composition looks any better? I am trying to learn how to do this myself.

Hi Ola
Just tried to add aborder and slightly darkened the image to work with the border. Not sure why no one gave you a single point. Tough crowd to please here sometimes. David

The flash did some harm to the picture.
I first rotated the picture 2 degrees ccw.
Cropped to square format (I don't like ashtrays).
Darkened the picture a little bit.
Chose the name of the pub and added green colour.
Completed the last U.
Added a frame in colours of the picture.
