Image had understandable green color caste as it was shot through the window of a vehicle. Removed caste using Channel Mixer adjustment layer.

Image appears over-saturated. Desaturated -12 globally, shifted hue -3 (toward red).

Made Curves adjustment layer, bumped midtones 5% to make the boys faces pop a little.

Simply cropped out the lower third as Johnathan suggested.

I thought the girls were lost in the scenery, so I cropped closer, lightened their faces, and adjusted colour levels slightly.
result is a more human-centered image of life in a man-made structure of pipes.
