Here is my suggestion how to add the final edge to this lovely composition. I added some contrast with Curves (input:217; output:255), some colour manipulation with selective colour tool (neutrals: black: absolute -8%), then a little brightens/contrast control (-17%/6%), some levels adjustment (input: 0, 0.85, 255; output: 0, 255) and finally some additional sharpness. I also put it in a frame to accent the choosen view.
This is one of my views of how to add some edge to this shot. I hope you don't mind.
