Being this a digitalized picture, I've done what I could to return it to the probable colourful image it was many years ago.
It was a rather slow and tedious task in which, however, I've used just a few tools.

I've applied the lens correction filter to correct the vertical distortion, touched up a bit the overexposed parts of the sky (on the right of the image) and then I've applied levels, curves, tone/saturation and, finally, some slight sharpening.
