Hi Mark - hope you don't mind, but i thought i'd try cropping and a stronger frame to focus in more on the main subject matter - the man in the window and the turtle sign.

Not meant to be an improvement, just my interpretation.

Cropped and sharpened.

Now the centre point of the frame would be below his head. I think this would be slightly more balanced.

I wanted to give more attention to the details in his face and lose the slightly gormless expression on that lady's face...

I also quite like the textures on that hand and on her face, so applied a bit of heavy handed contrast...

I am not sure if this looks any better, just trying out something to give a more dramatic effect. Colour Balance +Red Tone, + Sharpen, +Contrast
