I've done few basic corrections in Photoshop :

- curves adjustment layer (to enhance the midtones and balance shadows/highlights)
- W/B gradient layer with overlay blending mode (software simulation of a ND grad filter)
- saturation boost by +12%
- little Gausian Blur (radius = 0.6) on the sky

I've made two simple things to enhance the photo :

1) Levels correction - it removes that annoying "mist" from the photo. You'll get best results working on separate channels but even Auto Levels option can help you.

2) Straightening the horizon (use measure tool (I) and select two points that should be on the same level. After that choose "Image->Rotate Canvas->Arbitrary - Photoshop will automatically calculate the desired angle).

I worked mainly on the sky-part. You didn't mention anything about any filters used with this shot (I guess there wasn't any ND-Grads in action). Therefore I simply tried to simulate ND-Grad filter and balance the exposure between foreground and the sky. That's all - hope you'll like it.
