| Intro: | Being originally from Paksitan and having moved to Canada about ten years ago, I have since longed for everything I miss about Pakistan and especially my home city of Lahore. It is human nature to long for something that is lost. And after moving half a world away, I realized what I have lost. I have lost the chance to do the things I didn’t do, see the places I didn’t see, and meet the people I didn’t meet, for I have lost Lahore. So, in my little way of reclaiming what I lost, I promised myself to photograph and preserve the images of Lahore. For this reason, I took up amateur photography. Though most of my photos have been taken on my annual trips to Lahore, I have certainly not limited myself to just this city. The main focus of of my yet limited and amateur photography is that of architectural monuments and the historical places that I have had the oppurtunity of visit. On occasions, I have also expanded my focus to other realms as I see fit. On a personal level, I am a male, 25 years of age, and currently pursuing my PhD degree in Neuroscience which I plan to accomplish by April of 2006.
