In Photoshop 7 : Rotated 0.5 ccw, cropped as required because of rotation, added border, increased by about +8 - +10 in brightness, contrast, saturation. Sharpened then faded sharpness to 70%. Saved for web.

Just thought I would have a go at the wing ends
So a single pass with the sharpen tool at 34% and burntool at31% both witha soft edged brush. also with the burntoo on near side legs and leading edges of the wings to harden the look of them, Cloned out what was posibley 2 pieces of spider web hanging from the wings remains of a close encounter. finaly Unsharp Mask, at 103% X1.9px X threshold 1, I was surprised at this because nornally if it has been sharpened first it does not work well?
