He aclarado los niveles de iluminación y sombras con el fín de dar mas vivacidad a los colores, tanto de las casas, cómo del rio y de los reflejos en el, e incluso del cielo en su hora azul.
Finalmente he eliminado el ruido del cielo.
Y eso es todo, espero que sea de tu agrado.

A beautiful capture here. I just made some minor adjustments.
In Photoshop Elements, I did AutoLevels, and sharpened.
Using NeatImage, I removed some of the noise.
