I have made the following modifications.....

1. Cropped and re-sized.
2. Adjusted level.
3. Adjusted brightness and contrast.
4. Adjusted color temperature.
5. Adjusted light and shadow.
6. Adjusted sharpness.
7. Cleared the man from left side and from right
one of the group of three with clone tool.
8. Added a different frame.

Converted to grayscale. A bit of late 70's feel.

Hi Peter,
To give a more defined edge and separate the mountains from the sky, I masked off the mountains and applied a soft filter sympathetic to the colours of the foreground.
