Created curves adjustment layer & pulled the shadows a touch & boosted the highlights in her dress
Created a layer mask and masked the effect where blowing the sky
Cropped to remove the van
Added a black boarder

1.after staring from the original i increased a bit of shadows and applied auto-colour to the image.
2.applied gradual tint to the sky to bring the dark sky.
3.played a bit with the brightness and adjusted it.
this was the outcome.

Yr shot is very good.
I think without the distracting subjecs the pic becomes more atractive and beautiful.

1. rotate ccw 1'
2. crop to provide alternate composition
3. decrease hue (-4) and increase saturation +15)
4. slight changes to tone in all three categories
5. sharpen slightly

Hopefully not to unreal... I wasn't there so don't know how it really was.

The object of this was to eliminate some of the bright "haze" of the photo and to make the sky darker.

I adjusted the brightness -31 and increased the contrast +15. Then I buned in some of the brighter areas on the walls. Finally I burned in the sky a bit, and cropped to eliminate some distracting light sources on the left.
