I did a little work removing the powerlines with the healing tool in Photoshop and on the highlight on the building front. Then I just sharpened it. Hope it helps.

Image -> Adjustments -> Shadow/Highlight + Auto Contrast

Un petit workshop pour :
-rehausser les couleurs , notamment en avant-plan
-ajouter un peu de contraste
-recadrer l'image avec moins de ciel brumeux
