The image was too small to post on TE so I added a frame: Select> All. Select> Modify> Border> 1 pixel. Make sure foreground colour is glack. Edit> fill. Select> All. Edit> Copy. Create new file with white background 4 pixels wider and longer than original. Paste in copied image. Flatten image and save. Select> All. Edit> Copy. Create new file 200 pixels x 300 pixels. Paste in new copied image. Working with the new blank layer, pour in a brown colour with the paint bucket. Still working with this layer, Filter> Textures> Burlap. You will get a brown burlap textured frame. Flatten image and save. Select> All. Select> Modify> Border 1-pixel. Make sure foreground colour is again black. Edit> Fill. This will give a black rim finishing touch to the frame. I hope you like it.
