The red cast was mended using the shadow, midtone and highlight droppers in the curves menu. The crop would focus on the main element in the frame.

Just ran through Neat Image to remove some of the grain and added a frame, as the original photo had light colours around the edges, giving no natural frame.

I've adjusted the colour balance, brightness, contrast & removed scratches. I don't know how to fix the bottom right cnr. It still looks as if it needs some more work on it.

- auto adjusted cor color
- rotated 1 deg cw
- cropped sky and applied gaussian blur (radius 3,5)
- cloned out right bottom corner
- cropped sea and filtered for sharpness

Worked first in Photoshop to improve contrast and saturation. Then filtered with Neat Image and returned to Photoshop to sharpen it a little bit.

I thought this would be better as a panorama, due to the bright rock in the foreground and also the date imprint. So:
- crop
- increase contrast
- increase saturation

Objective of the WS: to enhance the Paro Dzong and to reanimate the colors

- croping to give more importance to the pair of white buildings
- selective level adjustement of the sky to make it more bright while keeping its details
- selective level adjustement of the "non-sky" part, to reanimate the colors
- slight yellow saturation on the upper part of the trees on the left in order to emphasize the sun effect on them
- resize to 800 and sharpening to somehow compensate (but of course some info was lost yet)
