I wanted to give him the rest of his foot too so I did some cloning and some reconstruction with vanishing point. Also, if I need to crop I thought it should be the feet 'coz then I wouldn't stop wondering if he actually has feet or not. At finishing point, I did leveling and saturation adjustment. Thank you.

I simply rotated it a few degrees to make the bridge look more even, then I cropped out the streetlight, and finally ran the image though neat image.
