Maybe I exaggerated a bit, but I believe this closer resembles the mood you were suggesting with your title... at least in my view. I wasn't crazy about your frame but I don't like mine either. I just can't figure out what would work best.

I just cropped the right that didn't add much to the image, and cloned the 2 poles in the Fg to give a more clean image

I just used the filter to correct the colour cast and then the autobalance to light a bit the clouds and mountains in the background,
then I sharped a little to reenter TE.
