mcmtanyel (10531) 2014-08-06 13:39:48I used the Straighten Tool on a vertical line of windows in the middle and then rotated by 90 degrees. I kept the borders to give a sense of how slight the tilt was. Unfortunately, my eyes detect even such small amounts of tilt.

A vertical line drawn through the middle shows that the middle portion of the building is true. A vertical line drawn on the left shows that the left side tilting to the right, a vertical line drawn on the right shows that the right part tilting left, all consistent with lens distortion. The fact that the left side of the building is taller than the right gives the illusion that the photo is tilting right. (I also cropped a little bit on the right after I straightened, that adds to the illusion.)
