- Throughout my travels I have learned a very important lesson... Do less and see more.
My name is Michael Root and I proudly live in San Francisco, California. I have the dream of touching foot on each of the seven continents; I have been to three thus far.
I am trying to learn how to find photo opportunities through using my other senses besides just sight. I'm starting to discover that where there is an awakening scent, robust flavors, a gentle noise, or the feel of new textures under my feet, there lies a piece of the world awaiting to be captured.
