I used these prograns to remove the colours
In irfanview I converted to greyscale and then improve the bright and the contrast and the gamma correction.
Then in Dcenhancer I improved the sharpness and some autoenhance.

As you can see, the original was not well taken. However it was a rushed shot on a moving boat.
The horizon is off-level and the colours are very washed out.
On my edit I sharpened, saturated some colour and used shadows to highlight the reflection in the water.

As one can find foreground and sky take too much place in your frame I cropped that way to accentuate a wide impression with this more panoramic format.
