I just burned the sky manually with the burn tool, then dodged her face slightly and adjusted curves to incerase the contrast (S shape). then added a bit more of contrast, 1 minute of work, could be done better

just cropped - I would have just come closer or zoomed a bit, to avoid all those colors on the right and have the girl and the kid closer
