OK, I simplt used Photoshop.

1. Auto levels to add a bit more contrast in the picture.
2. Used highlights to bring some more colour and detail out.
3. Used the sharpen feature to sharpen the image.
4. Cropped it to make Jesus look more dominant.

No PaintShop eu acentuei a definição e contraste e também um pequeno ajuste nos tons verde e azul. Espero que goste do resultado. Um abraço
