Hello, just some clone-stamp on the paper. I know it's not everyone choice to suppress those kind of things, but I like it more woth no tatoo !!! ;)

I increased contrast in one part of the picture at a time, using Levels and Curves.

Cropped above his head and that bit of the black sheep on the right. Adjusted levels and contrast (minimum). Added a thin black line around the pic before the white part of the frame. Please let me know what you think. Best regards, it's interesting work!

Kamran this is the type of contrast I had in mind, increased contrast, a little dodghe & burn, converted to BW.
Not sure if it's better but it is different, only an opinion, let me know what you think.

Using quick selection tool to select the woman, adjust brightness and contrast.
