Used clone tool to get rid of the light and the structure to the left and smart sharpened to bring out the detail in the wheel.

I thought I might try and oversaturate the sky a little bit because the rest of the scene is perfectly saturated and illuminated, Nothing needs to be done there IMHO. Hope you like it
