A little crop for more dinamic, I redressed the horizon line, I gave some more contrast overall, and switched to a simple b/W with no color hues. Also cloned that bit of thing that was standing out in the background. Photoshop elements. What is your reaction ?

Aproveitei e apliquei um filtro de aquecimento (amarelo)
Tamanho do arquivo (file) de 83 Kb para 167 Kb.
Aproveite o permitido pelo SITE, ou seja 800 Pixel em um lado da foto e até 200 kb no arquivo (file)!!

Well, as I said, the picture is superb but it deserves a frame. I added one, I hope ou like it. I also added a tiny little bit of contrast.

I ran the pic through NeatImage,
Corrected the halo on her shoulder with the clone tool, and some dirty specs on her face with the patch tool.

As per my comments, here is a different crop of your photo. I was aiming to keep the overall effect you've achieved in the panning but tighten in on the main subject to give it more attention. I also wanted to give an impression of speed by placing the car to the left as though it's driving fast out of the frame.
I've also removed the black at top and bottom - I wasn't quite sure why you'd included them in your image.
Thanks for posting such a great image to play with - I've had fun and hope you enjoy seeing a slightly different interpretation.
