Steps:
1. Selective blur and curves adjustment to the BG to darken it.
2. Sharpening of the figr once more.
3. curves, brightness-contrast adjustment of the white dress.
4. Slight curves and level adjustment of the face.
5. crop from left and bottom.
6. addition of a frame

I have tried to keep her natural skin color and saturate only some channels like cyan and magenta.Used smart sharpness to bring out some details on her face and added the white frame.

Kinson,

I straightened the image, didn't fix the lens distortion, which required a little tighter crop. I also added some color to minimize the blue cast. I also burn the clouds and sky while at the same time roughly dodged the rocks and some of the foreground. I also sharpened the image. I think that this is a very compelling image. Good job.

Hi Kinson
I commented on this photo a while ago and said that although i liked the photo itself i thought it was a little washed out. (perhaps form the smoke)
I used Photofilter to jsut increase the saturation a bit in order to bring out the colours a little more. I increased the contrast a little in order to better define the figures, and i sharpened the image a little.

I only have this crap program on this computer... i just added a bit of saturation and increased the contratst and brightness a tiny bit. I makes the trees a bit more "punchy"

I slightly cropped the foreground as i felt it was didnt add much to the shot. I then incresed the contrast using curves, sharpened and added a border in in PS.
