I think it works better if we have such a bridge.
I made a crop and I choose not to be symmetrical.
I converted to B/W, I increase the file size with PS, not much and so quality was not compromised.

I added graininess, not NOISE.
Adjusted levels.
Finally added a frame.
I hope you like it.
