Hi Estelle,
This workshop is not really my way of presenting photographs - we are not painters after all. But, I thought it will be cool if we could make the building disappear!
So, I tried to replace it with sky. But, it has not worked perfectly.

I think changing the levels slightly and a little increase in contrast makes your picture more rich. Hope you like it.

First I cropped out the distractions around the margins. Then, desaturated everything except for the girl's dress, and applied a little sharpening.

First, I copped the sky out a bit. Then, I changed the levels in the original image and then desaturated it for an old feel.

Hi Russel,

I've tried to improve this image by applying some level correction, saturation and brightness.
I'm not sure how you would remove the dirtiness of the glass.

I've taken the liberty to crop the sky and change the levels and increase the saturation a little to make the photo more rich.

Hi Lance,

This is a nice view. I've enhanced the colours a little using levels and slightly modified the lighting to highlight the brightness of the dome.
I think that adds a nice effect. What do you think?

Hi Victor,

Your subject for this picture is excellent!
But, you will notice that the whole picture appears a little washed out/over-exposed.
I've tried to improve it a little with some level correction and increased saturation. Finally, I added a frame.
Hope you like the result.

Hi Dimitris,

Beautiful colours of the sky. But, there is too much sky in my opinion, and so I cropped it from the top. Also I adjusted the levels a little to bring out the colours. The frame adds more depth to your picture.
