I Cropped the picture to get rid of the empty space in the right side of the frame.

I also played a little with the constract and color balance. I hope you like it.

I increased the color saturation in photoshop elements 3.

Played with levels and hue and saturation in Photoshop elements 3

Followed this procedure:
o Made a duplicate layer, changed blending mode from 'normal' to 'multiply'.
o Added 'Gaussian blur' to filter to new layer.
o Make a 'levels' layer and made image lighter.
o Make a 'Hue/Saturation' layer and played with the values to get the wanted result.

My goal was to give the picture a more dreamy feel, I hope you like it.

I cropped the image to get more focus to the wonderfull blue colored mountains.

I also removed the lens flare in the dark area near the bottom.
