I took out the lowest half of this nice picture and then I did levels, curves and, once the image got resized, some sharpening.

In photoshop I have used the curve to adjust the light level of your picture e.g. pulling out more details from the shadows. I hope you like it

1. Cropped the unwanted wired and poles at right end of the frame
2. Increased dramacity of the cloud
3. Added more contrast

I gave a bit backlight, enhanced contrasts a bit and removed noise. Just a suggestion and alternative approach to it, with my respects.

Brightened up the photo with level, shadow/highlight. Some saturation adjustments. It took me a while to notice photographer's shadow.
