I started with some work on the hue and saturation on the individual colour channels. There was enough green, so I concentrated on the yellow/red and blue channels.
Then a small unsharp mask of +4, 40pix, 0 treshold.
After that some highlights/shadows changes + worked with the curves options to get a bit more the feel of a higher dynamic range, ie. the foreground a bit lighter and the overall light balance more even.

Then an unsharp mask of 80%, 0.3 pix radius, 0 treshold. After that edit-fade to lighter with 100% opacity. Giving a little bit of punch to the light hitting the foreground.

Last a resize to 720 to add a white frame w the canvas option. Another small enhancement of saturation and a frame.

Jurak, here I have just changed the shape of the canvas from vertical to horizontal and cropped/trimmed a bit of the base of your image which looked too heavy.
Then a minor level adjustment.
Now you see why the landscape look better in the horizontal frames and accept or reject its usefulness with a :)
