Hi,
I tried a couple of things like contrast adjusting etc. Couldnt get it right. I finally reduced the midtones and darkend it a bit.
Hope you like the final version.

Cropped out most of road and a little sky. Added blue to sky. Used auto-levels, auto-contrast and USM at 50%.

I increase the sharpness with Irfanwiew software (freeware) and add a little more saturation.

First, I used a Multiply layer in photoshop at about 75% opacity to correct the overexposure of the image. This brougth the colors out much more, and using Curves, I further enhanced them. I cropped the image to focus more on the colors and used unsharp mask to sharpen the image.

A quick try to enhance your pic:

brighness -25
contrast +5
sharpness +1

enhance color and saturation, then i just crop a bit the top of the picture to live less sky because of this one completely overexposed. It's not perfect, anyway hope you like it

I simply cropped the top of your picture in order to accentuate the wild aspect of the landscape.

Simple removed some noise with NeatImage.

In Photoshop : added a frame, sharpened and then faded sharpening to about 70%.
