I simple cropped the sides of the photo, added a frame and that's it.
Didn't want to attempt ruining anything with auto level or anything similar so the colours are the same.

In this picture I have altered the contrast and brightness to bring out the varying colours in the signs a bit more. Also brightening the image to give the signs more of a stand out significance. Hope you like it.
