Intro: I've always been fascinated with photographs, especially black and white portraits and landscapes. A single photo can tell a thousand different stories and conjure emotions and thoughts unique to each person viewing it. For me, photography has the power to make you see a person in a different light, change your long-held beliefs and perceptions and maybe even make you a better person.

I started taking up photography several months ago by joining a class at the local university where I was able to try b&w film development/printing the old-fashioned way. I'm currently using a Nikon F80 film camera but I'm hoping to move to digital soon.
