First of all I agree with you about how louvre has so much and other museums have so little, and the tragedy it will be to lose it all, the first thing I did was to crop the right side which was a little distracting then converted into black and white and play with the contrast a little bit, hope u like it good luck in paris

This is my own picture of the same place taken at 6am on a sunday morning. See, no car ;-)

The "artistic" motion blur effect was cause by an excess of Vodka and tonic after partying all night long. No excessive post-processing, just a lot of work to be perfectly ready for the shot. ;-D
