Cropped bottom and right to put the main subject near the corner and also make the glow in the sky more prominent.
Framed with a bit softer colour.

Decreased Saturation and lightness, and decreased Hue until I achieved the sepia effect.

I hope you have seen the guiness advert or you wont know what I am going on about! I hope you know what guiness is or I'll look even stupider!!

This is just a down and dirty workshop to show you how you can quickly bring out the rest of the photo. I did not spend time working around the rocks to do final touches, because my main focus was to show you what PS could do with the light.

I adjusted levels so that the midtones were brought out a little more, adding a stronger light to this image, also i cropped the beach so because i felt it took away the focus from the boulders, cliff and sea, i hope you like it!

Since the picture is so fundamentally graphical, with a symmetry lurking, I thought it would be interesting to straighten the perspective and center the resulting image.

Straightened the horizon. Cropped off salvage left by rotating, then recomposed to give the crane and boat more prominence. Increased contrasts +8. Increased brightness +17. Increased saturation +17. Reduced lightness -6. Hope you like it :-)
