- I have been a photographer since the age of 15 and have created a diverse portfolio of work in black and white and color with an emphasis on portraiture, landscape and architectural photography.
I continue to travel and capture images from various areas of the world. Most recently I traveled through India, Thailand, Burma, Laos and Cambodia.
A native of The Netherlands, I immigrated to the United States in 1964. I worked in a Physics graduate research laboratory at Stanford University until I retired and moved to the Pacific Northwest.
Now a resident of Southern California, I am an active contributor to several photography clubs and am frequently invited to judge photographic competitions.
I have won numerous national and international photographic awards. I also won 3 Gold Medals in the PSA International Photo Salons and the prestigious Kodak Kinsley Award.
My work has been published in magazines, calendars and books and adorns the walls of many homes, corporate offices, and hospitals.
