First I cropped away the bit of wall on the left. I was going to leave the blank canvas but I tried a square crop and thought it looked quite good.
Then I used Unsharp mask: level 20, Amount 20. Which often seems to give an image more clarity.
Then I adjusted the levels to make the colours a little deeper. I may have gone a little over the top now I look again but you get the idea.
The picture has gone a little blocky but thats just because I was working on the small uploaded file - it will probably work better on your original.
Anyway, hope you like it.

In your iamge editing software reset the white point and black point and readjust the mid-tones.
Here is what I did in curves using PhotoShop
1 - I reset the white point (upper right corner of the curve) to Input = 239
2 - Reset the black point (lower left corner of the curve) to Input = 36
3 - I set a point on the mid-point of the curve and pulled down slightly Input = 144
4 - I put a point at both the 1/4-tone interesections and pulled up every so slightly (Input = 200)on the upper 1/4-tone and pulled down on the lower 1/4-tone (Input = 78)
This added some much needed contrast and spread the tones of the image from 0-255 rather than bunched up in the middle as the original image.
5 - I added a touch of sharpening but since this jpg is already at a low resolution I don't think it helped much.
Again I liked this image as well as your other B&W's of Paris. You seem to have an eye for great subject matter but all the images lack some contrast.
Hope this helps and meets your approval. Thanks for sharing
