Here's a quick fix. Didn't do much except cropping of distracting elements from the left, right and top. By doing so, the focus is now more on the man. I also saturated the colors to emphasize the tropical ambiance and then added the white frame to satisfy the size requirements of the site. Of course a more careful workshop should have included correcting the tilt and cloning out that piece of the banner on the right, but you get the idea.

I cropped the bottom and a little bit of the left to emphasize the sky some more.

I also saturated the colors by using a process to imitate Fuji Velvia film (vivid color). Here's how to do this in Photoshop (just in case you might want to use it later):

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Channel Mixer>Ok

You can either save your work or use curve to further adjust colors and tones.

Made a few subtle changes in saturation and highlights by contrast masking (played around with the gaussian blur step) to increase the 3-D effect of the foreground elements (cactus and bushes).

Contrast masking in Photoshop:
(1) Duplicate layer
(2) Select duplicate layer, desaturate, invert
(3) Gaussian blur while duplicate layer is selected
(4) Curves
(5) Select background layer; contrast
(6) Select duplicate layer again, reduce opacity

Just cropped tighter to remove stray information and also to offset the mirror to the right.

Cropped then autolevels in Photoshop. Because the picture was small, I had to increase the height up to the minimum 250 pixels for upload.

Cropped to eliminate the blue railing, boosted saturation to +23 or thereabouts to add more color to the rocks, children and water.
