Hi Fritz,

I was wondering if more of the foreground was cropped if it would make it into a stronger image. Also maybe if you boosted the midtones a little bit and added more saturation or luminance to the greens. These were thoughts and then I put it into action:

In Photoshop I opened it into Camera Raw (yes you can do it with jpegs too!):

1. In Camera Raw I brightened the midtones and brought back some of the highlights and increased saturation and luminance.

2. In Photoshop I increased the brightness of the image using the curves and edited the hue, saturation and lightness of the greens and yellows so that the grass stood out a bit more.

I think that's about it. Let me know if you like my changes.

The picture composition seemed like it needed something. The white area in the upper right didn't seem to add much and the foreground seemed a little too much. The cropping is just personal preference but the strightening seemed necessary.

I just sharpened the image lightly
Added some contrast and saturation.
