1. rotated counterclockwise 2.0.
2. select the aquarium using magic wand.
3. auto level adjust.
4. unsharpmask (48%, 1.0, 0).
5. added brown frame. these five processings are in PS.
6. downsized in NeatImage(Noise Reduction Amounts H:50% M:25% L:15%, 335KB --> 150KB).

Fawaz,
I cropped the picture slightly to accentuate the great sky you captured (that and the detail of the beach is rather grey). I then adjusted the levels to get the tone of the image right and to capture the entire range. I then adjusted the color and the contrast then sharpened the image. I like this image...it takes me back to when I used to frequent this exact place. Very nice image.
