disarture,gradient tool on the bottom to make it a bit darker then faded it.opened a new layer..darkened the picture with curves,and used histtory brush on her and him(opacity 50%)
sharpened and dodged their hands.
tell me what u think..

here is what I did..disarture,dodged the lighthouse (too make it a bit more bright),added a layer,blacked it with curves,used history brush on the sky.sharped the front and darkened the edges.. tell me what u think.

I used fils workshop... I took
the gradient tool and faded it in about 20-30%, add contrast +10(~) minus brightness 5(~)
oversharpened on purpose, blurred the oversharened areas and finally streched the picture by resizing it to 800X250 ..
