-I cropped it to give more concentration to the scene. I clone'd the sail of the boat to be bigger. I unsharp'd masked it. I then used the curves to bring out some more light.

Adjusted the levels,

scaled and gave a border to bring more contrast..
removed noice and unsharp mask...
