I live in Istanbul, Turkey...
I am a sailor and yacht racer...
I used to be an underwater photographer for a long time as well...
(PS: I've shot on slides for underwater pics, so if I may find some time to scan them, I'll be happy to share them...)

In summers we sail from Istanbul to southern Turkey... They are long, sometimes tiring, sometimes exciting (high sea!) but always experiencing sails...

The most enjoying part of the sailing are the moments that dolphins accompany us... They always race with us and for sure they win!

You'll find a series of "dolphins" and "sunrises" in my album besides other pics.

PS: My daughter Ada Mavi (8 years old) also started to take pictures a while ago. You may see her pictures at TrekEarth and TrekLens. And here are "Ada Mavi on duty" pictures, where I took her pictures while she was shooting.
