1 - In shadows/highlights increased midtone contrast 15 - shadows 19 - highlights 10 - colors correction 10
2 - unsharp mask

In Photoshop

1 - Cropped right hand side
2 - Selected frame left side, layer via copy, rotate 180 degrees and placed it on the right hand side because I had cropped it
3 - Used sponge tool to desaturate the sky
4 - selected sky with magic wand and used reduce noise

1 - selected the sky with magic wand
2 - reduce noise
3 - still with the sky selected used lasso selection to tool holding the shift key and selected the sea also. So now I have the sky and sea selected
4 - Menu edit - Select inverse. Now I have only the cloud selected
5 - reduce noise again but with less strength so it won't remove cloud details
6 - Deselect and increased contrast and saturation

2- Crop para recortar as bordas produzidas pela rotação
3 - Reduce noise

increased the brightness and used a bit of unsharp mask

1 - select sky and frame with magic wand
2 - select inverse
3 - make new layer from selected flamingos, duplicate, move and resize new layer
4 - merge layers
5 - select magic wand the sky and inverse again
6 - move selection to create shadows (foreground color black)
7 - Create layer from selection
8 - Paintbrush with color mode selected and use different colors to paint flamingos
9 - finally use blur more on background layer to blur shadows
10 - Ops, I forgot to erase colors between flamingos legs
