I have probably gone and put too much contrast in it now.

Shadow/Highlight, Increased Saturation a bit and auto contrasted the top half...

I increased shadow / hightlight and then burned the buildings a little more..

Cloned out the top left branch, adding a little more symmetry.

Cropped, shadow highlight, de-noised the foreground and increased yellow channel.

I cropped out the log to the far left, I feel this distracs from the 2 ship 2 log thing. Also I straightened the horizon, increased the contrast and sharpend slightly.
